Job Description:
Looking for an energetic and detail-oriented Associate Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment for operational and frontline roles such as Pickers, Packers, and Delivery Associates. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in high-volume hiring and a good understanding of sourcing strategies for the blue-collar workforce.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle end-to-end recruitment for roles like Picker, Packer, and similar positions
Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and field visits
Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and assess candidate suitability
Coordinate with hiring managers for interview scheduling and feedback
Maintain and update recruitment trackers and reports
Ensure timely closures of open positions with quality hires
Key Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of experience in frontline or blue-collar recruitment
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
Good understanding of sourcing channels for mass hiring
Knowledge of recruitment tools and applicant tracking systems is a plus
