Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Business Development Manager – Export & Commercial to join our team in Panchvati, Ahmedabad. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying business opportunities in international markets, handling export documentation, and maintaining client relationships to drive growth and profitability.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement export sales strategies to achieve business targets
Identify potential international clients and generate new business leads
Handle all export-related documentation and ensure compliance with regulations
Manage relationships with clients, shipping companies, and government agencies
Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with international clients
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to explore new markets
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth order execution and delivery
Monitor market trends and provide insights for strategic planning
Required Skills:
Strong experience in export sales and international business development
Knowledge of export documentation, INCOTERMS, and global trade regulations
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under deadlines
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in International Business, Marketing, or a related field
MBA preferred
Minimum 2–5 years of relevant experience
