Job Title: Back Office / Computer Operator

Location: Navrangpura, Ahmedabad
Salary: ₹2.4 – ₹3.0 LPA
Experience: 2-5 years

Job Summary:
We are looking for a Back Office / Computer Operator to handle data management, MIS reporting, and administrative tasks. The ideal candidate should have strong proficiency in Advanced Excel and possess excellent organizational skills to ensure smooth business operations.

Key Responsibilities:
Perform data entry and maintain accurate records.
Prepare and analyze MIS reports using Advanced Excel.
Handle administrative tasks, documentation, and file management.
Process and manage company databases and internal systems.
Assist in generating and updating business reports for management review.
Ensure accuracy and confidentiality of data.
Coordinate with different departments to support operations.

Required Skills:
Advanced Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Data Validation, Macros preferred).
Strong data entry and analytical skills.
Experience in MIS reporting.
Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
Effective communication and coordination skills.

Qualifications:
Graduate in any discipline (Commerce, Business Administration, IT preferred).
2-5 years of experience in back-office operations, data entry, or MIS reporting.
