Position: Back Office / Computer Operator
Location: Navrangpura, Ahmedabad
Salary Package: ₹2.4 LPA to ₹3 LPA (based on merit)

Role & Responsibilities:
We are urgently hiring a Back Office / Computer Operator. Both male and female candidates can apply. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing administrative and clerical tasks, managing data, and generating reports. The role requires proficiency in various computer applications, particularly in Excel, and strong communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:
Expertise in Advanced Excel, including working with formulas, VLOOKUP, and Pivot Tables.

MIS Reporting: Provide daily reporting of work done and monitor performance.

Letter Drafting: Draft letters in English and Gujarati, including email correspondence with various agencies.

Formula-Based Excel Costing: Perform detailed and accurate calculations using Excel formulas.

Follow-Up: Maintain communication with team members and external agencies for timely task completion.

Daily Reporting: Report details of work done on a daily basis.

Typing & Communication: Ensure clear and effective communication through emails and letters.

Candidate Requirements:
Education: Any Graduate

Experience: 2-5 years in a similar role

Skills:

Expertise in Advanced Excel

Proficiency in VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and formula-based calculations

Experience with MIS Reporting

Strong Typing and Communication skills (both in English and Gujarati)

Proficient in Email Correspondence

Ability to maintain Accuracy and Attention to Detail
