This position involves handling customer queries and providing effective support through calls or other communication platforms. The ideal candidate should be polite, patient, and capable of delivering a good customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions
Resolve customer issues and provide accurate information
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions
Coordinate with internal departments for escalated issues
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
Key Requirements:
Minimum qualification: 12th Pass
Freshers are welcome
Good interpersonal and communication skills
Basic computer knowledge
