Job Description
Hiring: HR Assistant (Plant) – Japanese MNC
Location: Bagodara
Position: Full-time (Rotational Shifts)
Salary: Up to ₹30,000/month
Experience: Minimum 2 years
Gender: Only Male Candidates
Relocation: Candidates from outside Ahmedabad preferred
Key Responsibilities:
Manage recruitment, onboarding, and employee documentation.
Oversee payroll processing, attendance tracking, and timekeeping.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and industrial relations (IR).
Handle employee grievances and contract labor management.
Supervise canteen management and employee welfare programs.
Organize training and development initiatives.
Candidate Requirements:
Prior experience in plant HR operations.
Strong knowledge of labor laws and compliance regulations.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Willingness to relocate and work rotational shifts.
Immediate joiners preferred!
