About the Role
We are looking for an experienced HR leader to drive cultural transformation and organizational excellence. As the Head of Human Resources, you will play a key role in shaping the company’s people strategy, fostering an inclusive culture, and implementing innovative HR practices that drive business success.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic HR Leadership: Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals to foster a high-performance culture.
HR & Payroll Governance: Oversee HR operations, payroll, and learning & development while ensuring compliance with employment laws.
Policy & Compliance Management: Develop and refine employment policies to align with company values and legal frameworks.
Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning: Manage recruitment strategies, employee engagement, and workforce development.
Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI): Promote an inclusive and equitable workplace through strategic DEI initiatives.
Employee Relations & Engagement: Strengthen employee well-being, recognition programs, and performance management frameworks.
Leadership Development & Mentorship: Coach and mentor high-potential employees for leadership roles and succession planning.
Organizational Culture & Change Management: Lead cultural transformation efforts and foster values-driven leadership.
HR Systems & Budgeting: Optimize HR processes through technology and data-driven decision-making.
Managerial Support & Advisory: Provide managers with tools and knowledge to handle workforce challenges effectively.
