Position: HR Intern
Location: Mohali
Stipend/Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹15,000 per month
Job Summary:
Mind Web Tree is looking for HR Interns who are eager to gain practical experience in Human Resources. This role offers exposure to various HR functions, including recruitment, employee engagement, HR operations, and more. The ideal candidate should be enthusiastic, organized, and willing to learn in a fast-paced IT environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in end-to-end recruitment (job postings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews)
Support employee engagement activities and HR events
Maintain and update employee records and databases
Assist in drafting HR policies and documentation
Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes
Handle basic HR operations like attendance tracking and leave management
Address employee queries related to HR policies and procedures
Support performance management and training initiatives
