Working Hours: 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
Interview Process: Face-to-Face (2 Rounds Only)
Job Description:
We are hiring for a Lead Generation Executive to join our team for an international voice process. The selected candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to international customers, generating leads for solar panel services, and handling customer queries efficiently.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential international customers
Generate qualified leads for solar panel services
Clearly communicate service information to customers
Answer queries and resolve concerns related to the product or service
Maintain call records and daily reporting
Meet daily and weekly performance targets
Required Skills:
Excellent verbal communication in English
Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
Ability to work under pressure and in a target-driven environment
Basic computer literacy and knowledge of MS Office
Confident, proactive, and a quick learner
Good listening and objection handling skills
Eligibility Criteria:
Experience: 0 to 2 years (Freshers with good English communication skills are welcome)
Qualification: Graduate (any stream)
Gender: Open to all (Male / Female / Other)
Salary & Benefits:
Base Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month
Incentives: ₹5,000 – ₹10,000 (Performance-Based)
Attendance Bonus: ₹1,000
