Job Responsibilities:
Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts to ensure product quality.
Perform functional, regression, integration, and system testing.
Identify, document, and track software defects using bug tracking tools.
Collaborate with developers and business analysts to resolve issues and improve software quality.
Conduct root cause analysis of defects and provide detailed reports.
Ensure compliance with testing standards and best practices.
Continuously improve test strategies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
Testing Tools: Experience with JIRA, TestRail, or similar bug tracking tools.
Manual Testing: Strong knowledge of software testing methodologies, test case creation, and execution.
Defect Management: Ability to log, track, and validate bugs efficiently.
Basic SQL: Understanding of database queries for data validation.
Attention to Detail: Ability to analyze test results and provide clear feedback.
Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication for clear reporting and collaboration.
