Location: Remote
Experience: Fresher to 3 Years
CTC: ₹4 LPA – ₹7 LPA

Job Description:
We are looking for skilled Manual Testers to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a keen eye for detail and a passion for ensuring software quality through rigorous testing.

Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and execute test cases to ensure software functionality.

Identify, document, and track bugs using issue-tracking tools.

Perform functional, regression, and exploratory testing.

Collaborate with developers to resolve defects and improve software quality.

Ensure test coverage and maintain test documentation.

Required Skills:
Strong understanding of software testing concepts and methodologies.

Knowledge of test case design, execution, and defect reporting.

Familiarity with tools like JIRA, TestRail, or similar.

Basic understanding of SDLC and STLC.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Knowledge of automation testing is a plus.

Strong communication and teamwork skills.
