Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented MIS Executive to manage and analyze data, generate reports, and support decision-making processes. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills, proficiency in data management tools, and the ability to work efficiently with large datasets.
Key Responsibilities:
Collect, analyze, and interpret data to support business decisions.
Prepare and maintain accurate MIS reports for management.
Monitor and evaluate key performance indicators (KPIs) and business metrics.
Develop and maintain dashboards and automated reporting tools.
Ensure data accuracy and consistency across reports and databases.
Collaborate with different departments to provide data-driven insights.
Optimize reporting processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
Required Skills:
Advanced MS Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Macros, etc.).
Data Analysis & Reporting using tools like Power BI, Tableau (preferred).
Basic SQL & Database Management skills.
Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
Good communication and presentation skills.
Ability to work with large datasets and maintain data integrity.
