Role: Non-IT Recruiter

Experience: 1 to 10 Years
Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹60,000 per month
Skills Required:
Experience in end-to-end recruitment for non-IT roles
Sourcing and screening candidates from job portals, social media, and referrals
Conducting interviews and coordinating with hiring managers
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Knowledge of recruitment tools and applicant tracking systems (ATS)
Understanding of HR policies, compliance, and industry hiring trends
Ability to manage multiple job openings in a fast-paced environment
