Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Executive to support the daily business functions of a leading EdTech company in Andheri, Mumbai. The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of administrative processes, CRM tools, and documentation, with a keen ability to manage tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
Handle daily operational activities, documentation, and administrative tasks.
Maintain records, manage reports, and ensure timely follow-ups.
Work on lead generation, tracking, and coordination with internal teams.
Utilize CRM tools and ensure data accuracy and timely updates.
Prepare reports and presentations using MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth workflow and task completion.
Support team members with documentation, scheduling, and operational requirements.

Required Skills:
Good knowledge of administrative and office procedures.
Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Familiarity with CRM software and general office tools.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications:
Graduate in any discipline (preferred: Business Administration, Management, or related field).
2 to 3 years of relevant experience in operations or administrative roles.
