Job Title: PMS Back Office Executive
Location: Athwa Gate, Surat (Relocating to Vesu in ~3 months)
Employment Type: Full-Time
Experience Required: 1–3 years (preferred)

Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive PMS Back Office Executive to manage Portfolio Management Services (PMS) operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring seamless execution of back-office processes, client reporting, and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day back-office operations for PMS accounts.
Reconcile trades, holdings, and NAV reports with custodian and fund managers.
Prepare and share accurate client reports, transaction statements, and capital gain statements.
Handle documentation related to account opening, KYC, and compliance.
Coordinate with custodians, brokers, and fund accounting teams.
Ensure timely data entry, record maintenance, and MIS reporting.
Assist in audits and regulatory filings as required.

Key Skills & Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Finance, or related field.
Experience in PMS or Mutual Fund back-office operations preferred.
Strong knowledge of SEBI regulations and PMS guidelines.
Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting tools.
Attention to detail with strong organizational and analytical skills.
Good communication and coordination abilities.
