Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead and oversee projects from initiation through delivery. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in project planning, execution, monitoring, and closure across cross-functional teams, with a focus on delivering high-quality outcomes within timeline and budget.
Key Responsibilities:
Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders
Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocations
Lead the execution of projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals
Monitor and control project progress, managing risks and resolving issues proactively
Coordinate internal teams and third parties/vendors for smooth execution
Maintain comprehensive project documentation and generate regular status reports
Ensure adherence to quality standards, budget, and deadlines
Conduct project closure activities and post-project evaluations
Required Skills:
Strong project management and leadership skills
Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Strong understanding of metrics, documentation, and reporting
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
Project Management certifications (PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent) preferred
