Job Description:
We are hiring experienced and dynamic Sales Executives for our Horeca Division in the FMCG/Retail sector. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in sales within the FMCG or Food industry and possess sound geographical knowledge of the assigned territory.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain strong relationships with hotels, restaurants, cafés (Horeca clients), and institutional customers.
Identify new business opportunities and generate leads to achieve sales targets.
Ensure effective distribution and visibility of products in the assigned territory.
Plan and execute marketing activities, promotions, and schemes to enhance sales.
Monitor competitor activities and market trends to adjust sales strategies accordingly.
Maintain accurate records of sales, customer interactions, and market feedback.
Coordinate with internal teams for timely delivery, payments, and customer support.

Territory management
Negotiation and closing skills
Candidate Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of relevant sales experience in the FMCG or Food industry
In-depth knowledge of the local market/geography
Self-motivated and target-driven
Proficiency in local language and Hindi/English
