We are seeking a Student Manager (Sales Executive) to join our team in the overseas online education sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling online education programs to students and working professionals across international markets. This role requires strong communication skills, industry knowledge, and a passion for helping individuals achieve their academic and career goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Counsel and guide prospective students about online education programs.
Generate leads and convert inquiries into enrollments through effective sales strategies.
Build and maintain strong relationships with students and working professionals.
Understand student needs and recommend suitable programs.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth enrollment process.
Achieve and exceed sales targets while maintaining high service quality.
Key Skills Required:
Sales & Business Development – Ability to generate leads and close enrollments.
Communication & Relationship Management – Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Education Industry Knowledge – Understanding of student counseling and international education trends.
