Job Description
Job Title: Telecaller
Location: Marol, Andheri East, Mumbai (Near Marol Naka Metro Station)
Experience: Minimum 1 year (Good English communication required)
Salary: Up to ₹25,000 per month (Fixed)
Job Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential customers and handle inbound inquiries.
Explain products/services, answer questions, and resolve customer concerns.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the database.
Follow up with leads and maintain strong customer relationships.
Meet daily/weekly/monthly targets as assigned.
Work collaboratively with the team to improve sales and customer engagement.
Required Skills:
Strong verbal communication skills in English.
Ability to handle customer queries professionally and persuasively.
Active listening and problem-solving skills.
Basic computer knowledge, including MS Office and CRM software.
Strong time management and organizational skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
