Job Summary:
Germanium Technologies Ltd. is hiring Telecallers / Customer Support Executives who are fluent in Kannada, Malayalam, or Tamil. The role involves handling customer queries and providing support over voice calls. This is a non-sales position with no target pressure, ideal for candidates looking for a stable and language-focused support role.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in Kannada, Malayalam, or Tamil.
Provide accurate information and resolve customer queries professionally.
Maintain records of customer interactions as per company procedures.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service.
Coordinate with team leaders and follow process guidelines.
Required Skills:
Fluency in one of the following languages: Kannada, Malayalam, or Tamil.
Good communication skills in respective regional language and basic Hindi/English.
Strong listening and problem-solving skills.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, data entry).
Positive attitude and customer-oriented approach.
