Job Description:
We are hiring Tamil-speaking telecallers for our inbound process. The ideal candidates will handle incoming customer calls, provide information, resolve queries, and ensure customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound customer calls in Tamil
Address customer queries and provide accurate information
Maintain a high level of professionalism and build positive relationships with customers
Record and update customer details as required
Required Skills:
Fluent communication in Tamil and basic English
Strong customer handling and problem-solving skills
Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with call management systems
