We are hiring Tele-Counselors to guide students in choosing the right courses. The role involves handling inquiries, providing course details, and converting leads into enrollments.
Responsibilities:
Counsel students on course selection and admission process
Handle inquiries, follow-ups, and maintain student records
Achieve enrollment targets through effective communication and persuasion
Skills Required:
Effective Communication: Engage with students, explain courses, and address queries professionally.
Lead Conversion: Strong persuasion skills to convert inquiries into admissions.
Customer Handling: Patience and empathy to assist students and build relationships.
Sales Pitching: Confidently present course benefits and encourage enrollment.
CRM Knowledge: Maintain student records and manage follow-ups using CRM tools.
