Job Title: Telesales
Location: CP, Delhi
Salary (Fresher): 12,000 to 15,000 + Incentives
Salary (Experienced): 15,000 to 20,000 + Incentives
Shift Timings: 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM (6 days working)
Training Period: 5 days (unpaid)
Job Description:
We are urgently hiring for the position of Telesales. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, handling customer inquiries, and ensuring excellent communication over calls. The position is open to both male and female candidates with the required qualifications.
Key Responsibilities:
Generate new leads and convert them into sales opportunities through calls.
Answer inquiries from customers, provide product information, and guide them through services offered.
Meet daily and monthly sales targets as set by the team leader.
Maintain in-depth knowledge of the products and services to ensure accurate communication.
Regularly follow up with potential and existing customers to close sales or provide further information.
Maintain records of all calls and sales activities as required by the team.
Candidate Requirements:
Minimum 12th pass, B.A., B.Com
Freshers are welcome to apply; experience in telesales or customer service is a plus.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to handle customer objections and queries effectively.
Goal-oriented and a team player.
Male/Female preferred
